Talan provides CNC machining and metalworking services for European companies looking for a reliable manufacturing partner for prototypes, small and medium series, and regular production.

With modern CNC turning, turn-milling and milling equipment, we can manufacture precision metal components from a wide range of materials, including aluminium, brass and steel.

CNC Turning & Turn-Milling

Our turning department is equipped for both conventional CNC turning and complex turn-milling operations.

We are particularly well suited for production of small and medium-sized components, including:

Turned parts from bar stock
Precision bushings, shafts, pins and spacers
Threaded and grooved components
Flanged and stepped parts
Brass and aluminium components
Complex turned and milled parts
Parts requiring Y-axis milling and live tooling
Repetitive production using bar feeders

Our Y-axis turn-milling capacity allows us to combine turning and milling operations in a single setup, reducing the need for additional machining operations.

We can manufacture turned and turn-milled components up to 65 mm in diameter, with part lengths up to approximately 150 mm, depending on geometry and technical requirements.

CNC Milling

Our milling capacity covers 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis machining of individual components as well as production batches.

The equipment includes multiple HAAS CNC machining centres, HAAS UMC 550 and UMC 750 5-axis machines, and a Doosan DNM 5700.

This allows us to manufacture:

Precision mechanical components
Housings and brackets

Complex 3D components
Parts requiring 4-axis positioning
Components requiring simultaneous or multi-sided machining
Prototype and serial-production parts

For European customers, this makes Talan suitable both for conventional 3-axis machining and more complex multi-axis components.

Laser Cutting

Our laser cutting department allows us to process steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium sheet, as well as tubes and profiles.

Available capacity includes:

3 kW laser — working area up to 1500 × 3000 mm
6 kW laser — 1500 × 3000 mm, two-pallet system
12 kW laser — 1500 × 3000 mm, two-pallet system
Tube laser cutting up to 220 mm diameter

This enables us to supply both individual laser-cut components and batches of parts prepared for subsequent bending, welding or machining.

Wire EDM

For components requiring precise contour cutting or machining of complex conductive materials, we offer wire EDM using a Mitsubishi MV 1200S wire EDM machine.

This capability is suitable for complex profiles, precision components, tooling elements and parts that are difficult to manufacture using conventional cutting methods.
